Shuttle Service from O’Hare to Chicago Marriott O’Hare:

• For arrivals at Terminals 1 or 3, proceed to Terminal 2.
• Pick‑up location: Terminal 2, Lower‑Level Arrivals, Door 2C, curbside.
• For airport departures, the shuttle stops at all terminals.
• Service operates every 30 minutes from 6:00 AM to midnight.

We will have a professional photographer onsite and encourage all new employees and those wanting a refresh to stop by the meeting room on Tuesday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. To reserve your timeslot in advance, click here.
 
Here are a few headshot tips:

• Wear solid colors that aren't too distracting.
• Keep your makeup light and how you would typically wear it.
• Don't worry about glare from your glasses. The photographer can do test shots with and without and see what's best for you.
• Avoid overusing hair products trying to tame your fly-aways. Everyone has them, and they're easy to retouch. Keeping the shape and volume of your hair is the most important.
• If you plan to get a haircut, schedule it 4-5 days before the shoot so the cut can settle into a more natural appearance.

If you are traveling by air, you will receive your flight itinerary via email from AmTrav. Please print it out and carry it with you. If you need a copy of your itinerary, please get in touch with AmTrav and request it be resent. The airlines often make schedule changes, so review your current flight numbers, times, and connecting cities, if applicable.
 
If you don't have a seat assignment printed on your itinerary, you must request one at check-in. Due to potential security delays, we suggest you check in at the airport at least 90 minutes before your scheduled flight departure time. 
 

Please check your luggage to O'Hare International Airport (ORD). Only leave the airline check-in counter in your originating city once you verify this code is on your baggage claim tags. Each piece of checked luggage must have identification information.
 
We recommend you "cross-pack" your luggage by packing some items in your carry-on and others in your checked bag(s). In the unlikely event that one piece of your luggage is delayed or lost by the airlines, you will have clothing upon arrival at the hotel.

Checked Bags
Generally, you are allowed one checked bag, plus one carry-on bag per person. All fees for checked bags will be at your own expense. Each checked piece of luggage must not exceed 50 pounds. Any checked bag over 50 pounds may be assessed an additional fee by the airline. Bags weighing more than 100 pounds will not be accepted as checked baggage. Carry-ons must fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment.
 
Fees may not apply if you have status with your airline. We recommend visiting the airline’s website for the most up-to-date luggage information.

Carry-on Bags
TSA security measures allow travelers to carry travel-size toiletries through security checkpoints. Liquids must be 3 ounces or less and fit in a clear plastic one-quart zip-top bag. You can bring full-size cosmetics on board if they are solid and not liquid, gel, or aerosol. After clearing security, you may bring beverages and other items purchased in the secure boarding area on board the aircraft.
 
We suggest that you take a comfortable change of clothes and your medicines, eyeglasses, and other immediate necessities and valuable items with you in a carry-on bag in the unlikely event that the airline should delay or lose your luggage.

Hotel rooms will be reserved on your behalf based on the information submitted during registration. Room and tax will be covered through the Master Account; however, a credit card will be required at check‑in for incidental charges. Staying overnight at the hotel is optional for local attendees.

Conveniently located less than three miles from O’Hare International Airport, the Chicago Marriott O’Hare offers complimentary shuttle service for all guests. Please refer to the Travel Information section for details.

To ensure we receive the negotiated group rate of $139 and fulfill our room block commitment, please do not contact the hotel directly to book your reservation.

Please note: While we’ll coordinate with the hotel to ensure your room is ready upon arrival, early check-in cannot be guaranteed.

Luminare Health will cover expenses for self-parking. Please see the Luminare Health Registration Desk for a parking voucher before you depart.

Business casual or jeans are appropriate for all Leadership Summit events. Please remember to wear proper business attire for professional headshots. Consider dressing in layers as temperatures are sometimes hard to regulate.

All meals will be provided for you as indicated on the agenda.
