At Home Diagnostics with Catapult Health’s VirtualCheckup®
MyVirtualCare Access Plan now includes Catapult Health’s VirtualCheckup®, bringing convenient at‑home preventive testing into Luminare Health's myVirtualCare Access Plan program. Eligible members may receive a simple, FDA‑cleared home lab kit and then review their results during a live video visit with a Catapult Health nurse practitioner.
When ongoing support is needed, such as closing care gaps, managing medications, or establishing a PCP, Catapult clinicians can directly enroll members into virtual primary care (when eligible). All results, whether collected at home or through partners like Quest or LabCorp, flow into the member’s myVirtual Care Access Plan for coordinated follow‑up and improved outcomes.
