Please join us for the Overland Park Town Hall on Wednesday, November 11, 2026!
Join fellow employees and members of our Executive Leadership Team for an afternoon focused on connection, conversation and community impact. This in-person event is an opportunity to connect with colleagues, hear directly from our leaders, ask questions and give back to the Overland Park community together.
We’re especially excited to gather at our Luminare Health Overland Park office, where employees will also have an opportunity to tour the office and see the newly installed Luminare Health signage and updates to the space.
Registration is required for all attendees. When registering, please submit any questions you would like addressed by the Executive Leadership Team during the Town Hall.
To help us plan appropriately, we ask that only those intending to attend complete the registration form. No RSVP is needed if you are unable to join us.

Our Town Hall and lunch will take place in a tented event space outside the office, with portions of the day taking place inside the Luminare Health office. We encourage attendees to dress in layers and plan appropriately for November weather.

Giving Back: Heart to Heart International
As part of our time together, we’ll roll up our sleeves for a hands-on service project benefiting Heart to Heart International, a Kansas City-area humanitarian organization working to improve access to health and respond to people in need around the world.
Based nearby in Lenexa, Kansas, Heart to Heart International provides humanitarian health services and supplies to communities impacted by disasters, health inequities and limited access to care. Its work includes disaster response, access to medicines and medical supplies, hygiene initiatives and programs designed to strengthen community health.
During our Town Hall, Luminare Health employees will work together on a hands-on project supporting Heart to Heart International’s mission and the communities it serves.
It’s a meaningful opportunity to make an impact together while supporting an organization doing important work right here in our own backyard—and around the world.

This meeting will be held in person only, and we hope you’re able to join us.
Employees designated in Workday as work-from-home may submit mileage for reimbursement through an expense report using cost center 1150. Employees designated as hybrid or full-time in-office are not eligible for mileage reimbursement.
Non-exempt employees will be paid for the time starting when you leave your home until you return. Attendance should be confirmed with your manager in advance. Click here for the policy on recording your time (found on the Infosite under Policies).
If you have any specific questions on how to enter your time into Workday, please connect with your Manager.
There is ample parking at the Overland Park office. Specific instructions will be shared with registered attendees prior to the event.

Yes! We will kick off the event with lunch beginning at 12:00 PM. If you have any dietary restrictions, food allergies or special meal requirements, please indicate them during registration. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
