Please join us for the Dallas-Fort Worth Town Hall on Thursday, December 3, 2026!
Join fellow employees and members of our Executive Leadership Team for an afternoon focused on connection, conversation and community impact. This in-person event is an opportunity to connect with colleagues, hear directly from our leaders, ask questions and give back to the Dallas community together.
We’re excited to host this stop at Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, a unique setting conveniently located near DFW International Airport.
Registration is required for all attendees. When registering, please submit any questions you would like addressed by the Executive Leadership Team during the Town Hall.
To help us plan appropriately, we ask that only those intending to attend complete the registration form. No RSVP is needed if you are unable to join us.

Giving Back: GRACE
As part of our time together, we’ll roll up our sleeves for a hands-on service project benefiting GRACE (Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange), a local nonprofit dedicated to providing assistance to individuals and families in need throughout the greater Grapevine community.
GRACE provides a wide range of services designed to help families experiencing financial hardship or crisis, including food assistance, clothing, housing support, medical care and other essential resources. Through these programs, GRACE helps meet immediate needs while also supporting individuals and families as they work toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.
During our Town Hall, Luminare Health employees will work together on a hands-on project supporting GRACE and the individuals and families it serves.
It’s a meaningful way to close out our time together and make a positive impact in the same community where we’re gathering.

This meeting will be held in person only, and we hope you’re able to join us.
Employees designated in Workday as work-from-home may submit mileage for reimbursement through an expense report using cost center 1150. Employees designated as hybrid or full-time in-office are not eligible for mileage reimbursement.
Non-exempt employees will be paid for the time starting when you leave your home until you return. Attendance should be confirmed with your manager in advance. Click here for the policy on recording your time (found on the Infosite under Policies).

Yes! We will kick off the event with lunch beginning at 12:00 PM. If you have any dietary restrictions, food allergies or special meal requirements, please indicate them during registration. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
