Luminare Health recently appointed industry veteran James Ocampo as chief operating officer to lead its operations teams as the company continues its strategic growth as one of the nation’s largest administrators of self-funded benefits plans.

Ocampo brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. Throughout Ocampo’s career, he has held roles with increasing leadership responsibilities in operations, sales, client management, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Ocampo has driven significant growth in both entrepreneurial ventures and Fortune 100 companies such as MassMutual and Berkshire Hathaway.
