Overview

Luminare Health will host its annual Sales Training and Vendor Fair in Rosemont, Illinois, in February 2027, bringing together our Sales and Client Management teams from across the organization for several days of learning, collaboration, and connection.

The Vendor Fair, taking place on Thursday, February 25, 2027, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and followed by a Sponsor and Attendee Reception, provides an exclusive opportunity for strategic partners and solution providers to engage directly with Luminare Health’s frontline Sales and Client Management teams. Sponsors will have the opportunity to showcase innovative solutions, share client success stories, strengthen existing relationships, and explore new ways to support Luminare Health clients through strategic collaboration and partnership.

The deadline to confirm participation is Friday, January 1, 2027. Payment must be received by this date to secure your participation.

Presentation Sponsorship | Investment: $4,000

To enhance your presence, vendors have the opportunity to add a 30-minute presentation. Availability is limited and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to Luminare Health Product team’s discretion based on strategic alignment.

This enhanced option includes:
  • All benefits of an exhibit sponsorship
  • A dedicated 30-minute session to showcase your solutions, share thought leadership or highlight client success stories.
  • Promotion of your session in event communications and materials.
  • On-site signage and acknowledgment as a Presentation Sponsor.
