The National Sales & Client Management Training Conference will take place March 16-18, 2026, in Rosemont, IL. This training is designed to strengthen core skills, share best practices, and ensure our teams have the tools and insights needed to deliver service excellence for our clients and partners.
Select vendor partners will also participate in a Vendor Fair during the conference, giving attendees the opportunity to connect directly with solution providers and learn more about resources available to support our clients.

IMPORTANT: The Vendor Fair will take place on Tuesday (during breakfast, lunch, and breaks) and continue on Wednesday morning. We encourage you to visit each vendor to learn more about their solutions and resources available.

Flight Booking Information
Our travel partner, AmTrav, will manage all flight reservations. Attendees should plan to fly into Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), where complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the hotel.
