Please note, if you have already received a health insurance ID card, please check that the information on it matches the plan information you chose for 2025 during open enrollment.

2. If the information is NOT correct, please use the digital card that displays on the portal. Instructions for how to access your card via the portal are below, on this page. Your new, updated health insurance card will be with you shortly.

Access Your ID Card Online
Did you know that you don’t need your physical ID card to use your health benefits?
You can access your ID card anytime, from anywhere (including your doctor’s office) via the myLuminareHealth.com portal or the myLuminareHealth Mobile app.
Viewing Your ID Card on the Portal
Go to the myLuminareHealth.com member portal and log in. If you’ve never used the portal before, you will have to complete a quick one-time registration process.
Go to the My Links section of your home page. Click the See My ID Card link.
NOTE: The links in your My Links section and the details on your ID card will vary depending on your specific plan benefits.
