Your hotel reservation will be arranged based on the details provided during registration. Room and tax charges will be covered under our Master Account, but a valid credit card will be required at check-in for any incidental expenses.
Air Transportation
Our travel partner, AmTrav, will handle all flight bookings. Upon completing your registration, you will receive a booking link to select your preferred flights.
We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM on Monday, April 13, and departing anytime on Wednesday, April 15, so you can participate in all meeting content and activities.
