We can’t wait to welcome the EEC team back to Rosemont this October! This planning session is an important moment for us to come together, sharpen our focus on the priorities that will define the rest of 2025, and chart an ambitious path into 2026.

Please take a moment to review the details below and complete your registration by Friday, September 26.

To make the most of our time together, plan to arrive in Rosemont by 11:00 AM on Monday, October 6, and schedule return flights for any time after 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8.

Your hotel reservation will be made using the information provided during registration. Room and tax charges will be billed to our Master Account; however, a valid credit card will be required at check-in to cover any incidental expenses.

To ensure we receive the negotiated group rate of $189 and fulfill our room block commitment, please do not contact the hotel directly to book your reservation.

Flight Booking Information

Our travel partner, AmTrav, will manage all flight reservations. Please click here to select your preferred flights. Attendees should plan to fly into Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), where complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the hotel.

When booking your flight, TSA regulations require your ticketed name to exactly match your government-issued ID, including any middle names or initials.

Important REAL ID Update:
  • Starting May 7, 2025, state-issued driver’s licenses and IDs that are not REAL ID compliant will no longer be accepted for airport security screening. Travelers must present either:
    • A REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or ID
    • An acceptable alternative, such as a valid passport
