- Round-trip coach airfare
- Two-night stay at the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel
- Ground transportation to and from Chicago O’Hare Airport via Uber vouchers
- All meals during the event

Check-in: 3:00 PMCheck-out: 12:00 Noon
Your hotel reservation will be arranged based on the details provided during registration. Room and tax charges will be covered under our Master Account, but a valid credit card will be required at check-in for any incidental expenses.
Air
Our travel partner, AmTrav, will handle all flight bookings. Upon completing your registration, you will receive a booking link to select your preferred flights. Attendees may fly into either O’Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW) International Airports.We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM on Monday, May 5th, and departing anytime on Wednesday, May 7th so you can participate in all meeting content.
