• Standard Print Materials can be customized and redlined, but customization is not to exceed two rounds of edits. Additional rounds will require an hourly fee to be quoted upon request.
• Luminare Health can create additional print materials upon request, to be billed hourly.
• If the client's plan includes FSA/HRA, items listed under the topic "FSA + HRA" are Luminare Health's standard member pieces.

Non-Standard Sales Print Materials

• Luminare Health can create additional sales print materials upon request, to be billed hourly. Select the topic "Non-Standard Sales Print Materials" to view samples of previous clients' custom requests.
• Concepts and rough content for these pieces must be provided by client for Luminare Health refinement and design work.
